Are Nights of Lights tours pet-friendly?

Yes! All of Pineapple Ride & Tour’s services are pet-friendly. In fact, we love seeing pups on our tours. There is no added fee to bring your furry friend along either. When booking your tour, choose the “Two People and a Dog” option. We will provide the best experience for your entire family.

Are there private options?

All of our tours are offered as public or private options. For those interested in a truly personal experience, private tours are a great option. Our electric vehicles can seat up to 10 and pedicabs between 3 and 6. Nights of Lights private tours start at $350, but vary depending on the date and time you are interested in booking.

​Can my group be picked up somewhere in St. Augustine?

We offer pick-up and drop-off for all private tours. If you and your family are staying in one of downtown St. Augustine's gorgeous hotels, bed & breakfasts or Airbnbs, we would be happy to pick you up at the beginning of your tour. 
 

Do you have parking available?

We provide free parking for all of our tours at 134 Riberia Street at San Sebastian Marina, or at our auxiliary parking lot just down the road. You are welcome to take advantage of this throughout the duration of your time with us.

 

We are the only private tour company in town with parking!

We are disabled, is it easy to get onto your equipment?

We are proud to have the lowest deck height of any tour vehicle in the city, making it very easy to climb aboard. We are very experienced in accommodating people with physical and/or mental disabilities/handicaps. Please allow our staff to safely guide you on and off our vehicle from almost any location downtown or our private parking area. We help many disabled people with our service and will do our best to make you comfortable and safe. Our location not only has parking but ADA compliant restrooms and waiting area access.  We currently do not have a wheelchair lift, but hope to get one in the future as we grow.

Do you operate in the rain?

We do our best to operate if the rain is a drizzle but if it is heavier rain and wind, we may have to cancel or try to help you find another solution. We can do wind, and we can do rain, but if there is both, we have to close at least temporarily. We will either reschedule if available or give you a full refund if we cannot facilitate the tour due to weather.

There's only 2 of us, can we book individual seats instead of a 3 person row?

Due to high demand for Nights of Lights tickets, we cannot sell individual seats. All tickets are sold in "rows", which is three seats on our electric golf carts. For those with less than three in their party, we still invite you to consider this option, because the extra seat can allow for more leg room and comfort during your tour.

Can I tour Nights of Lights in a pedicab?

Yes! Our Nights of Lights pedicab tours operate in the same way as the electric golf carts - just in a different vehicle! These can seat between 3 and 6 people, but are great for a private and romantic trip around St. Augustine's Nights of Lights.​​​
